伦敦大学玛丽王后学院（Queen Mary, University of London）是国际著名的伦敦大学的下属学院。由东伦敦技校发展起来，并在1915年被收编为伦敦大学旗下，于1989年与西菲尔德学院合併，1995年又合併了两所医学院，所以医学领域也非常有名，主校区位于伦敦东区麦尔安德。

该院设有200多个学位的课程，在全英大学评比中，多数部门的研究评估分为5或5*。大学在英国2008年研究评审工作根据卫报排名第十一位及泰唔士报高等教育中排名第十三位。Queen Mary 为罗素大学集团研究大学联盟的成员之一，其他成员包括牛津大学、剑桥大学、伦敦帝国学院等世界一级名校。

大学的工作人员当选为奖学金英国皇家学会、英国科学院、英国皇家医学科学院和皇家工程院院士。在Queen Mary的校友和现在及过去的成员中，有5位诺贝尔奖得主。
